One of those NY police helicopter drone sightings kind of starts out like a UFO sighting. The pilot starts talking about how it must've been military because it ascended so quickly.

Of course, 15K-30K feet (as mentioned in OP's attachment) is probably well above the operational ceiling of most commercially available drones.
