Is this clip from December 29th or have you been holding onto this for a while? I recognize the voice but it doesn't fit the location  :?

I agree.  I thought that this controller, who was VERY entertaining to listen to, moved on to another facility a while back.

It was from the 28th or 29th, afraid I can't remember which! He's great to listen to, very entertaining  :-D

Edit: Just checked, it was definitely from KJFK Ground Dec 29th 2009 - 0200z.

I think he just returned to the tower recently.  I heard more than one pilot welcome him back at the end of December when he returned.  He is indeed entertaining to listen to!

Good day, good flight!
