A bad day for the Royal Netherlands Air Force at Eindhoven on 23 March

McDonnell-Douglas KDC10 declares an emergency after take off  (declaration not included in the audio clip) and has to return to Eindhoven. While this is happening, another RNAF aircraft is unable to leave Eindhoven because of a faulty transponder.
