Prime Air runway excursion and gear collapse at Vancover
« on: November 19, 2024, 16:34:47 UTC »
Cargojet Airways flight W82387, a Boeing 767-338ER cargo plane, suffered a runway overrun after landing on runway 08L (9,941 ft) at Vancouver International Airport. The nose landing gear collapsed.

Preliminary information indicates that the flightcrew had declared PAN PAN prior to landing reporting flaps problems, and that they would land at a higher speed than normal. ADS-B data suggests the airplane landed with a groundspeed of 173 knots, and overran the end of the runway by 1880 ft.
