Title: POTUS TFR Violation (Palm Springs)

This is a recording from a personal scanner from this past Monday morning.  Right channel is the primary CAP frequency (271.0) with Bluto 33 and 34.  Bluto 34 is having problems hearing Bigfoot so they have to relay.  Left channel is the emergency guard (121.5).  I'm not sure if the violator was monitoring guard and heard "If you do not follow these instructions, you may be fired upon".  Sorry about the weak audio quality, but Palm Springs is 100 miles away with a major 10,000 ft peak in between.  Bigfoot switches transmitters in the middle and can then be heard.

I think he (the low wing Bonanza) did not hear it, becase he did not rock the wings to acknowledge the call.
