PHL Flare incident on landing aircraft RWY 17

This is the audio monitoring the tower frequency at Philadelphia International Airport(PHL) when the regional aircraft was shot at on landing RWY 17 with what the pilot reports was a flare off the right wing.  This closed Runway 17 shortly after the second aircraft lands.  Incident occurs about 8 minutes into the recording.

I had just finished editing the relevant parts into one file, but I am getting an error message trying to upload it.

Jeff, What kind of error are you getting? If you're using Audacity, make sure you export to .mp3 prior to uploading. The .wav and Audacity project formats are either too big or incompatible.
