PHL Approach:
This is something that happened about 20 minutes ago, 6:30pm. It's two controllers talking to each other on the landline, one of the mic's was stuck. The funny part is that both of them are real good friends on mine, Rick (RH) is the one who had the stuck mic. And Jimmy (JQ) was the other guy, you'll hear him say his operating initals at the end of the conversation.
