I found it on the South Tower Feed, at about 2-3 minutes in.

Basically  Tower told BAW279 to hold short RWY 25R at P.

BAW replied without giving the RWY.

then was asked to say the full instruction including the RWY 25R

he then said it again without the RWY 25R included ,

Which the controller replies with "Can i get it all together Speedbird 279 Heavy with the callsign Hold shorts Runway 25R, Read that back for me"

The BAW finally gets it an complies with the full correct read back.

It happens alot with pilots not giving full read backs and its good the controller pulled him up and insisted he gives the full read back.

Not every controller does it however it could save  the controllers behind as well as others if the full read backs take place.

That was fair enough from the controllers end - nice to not get a sarcastic/defensive response from Speedbird like some of the responses we hear from other pilots who do not like to be corrected.

Whether the pilot gets upset or not, ATC has to get that readback and hear the runway and numbers in that hold short instruction. There have been too many times where not hearing it or making sure that they understand what they need to do leads to a runway incursion.

And it even says to do so on the Airport Diagram and in the AF/D.

It's interesting how the brain works, isn't it? The controller is being very clear. The pilot thinks he (the pilot) is also being very clear with his response, not being aware that it's the runway number that's missing.

I'm also glad to see it didn't devolve into a mess. Stiff upper lip from Speedbird there :)
