Is their any audio from NWA 253 on Christmas day???

Either TRACON/ CENTER/ Tower??

Unfortunately, at this time, we have no feeds for KDTW, or Detroit Approach. The aircraft was about 20 mins out of KDTW when the incident took place, so those are the freqs we would need to have archives of.

I would host the KDTW feed, but I live too far away... :-(

I've been considering trying to pickup the feed since I would also love a KDTW feed.

Think I could pick it up in AA without a ridiculous aerial?

By "AA" I'm assuming you mean Ann Arbor...probably not. Too much ground clutter in the way. Some place like Westland, Romulus, Wayne, Taylor, or maybe even Belleville would work better. You may be able to pick up KYIP (Willow Run) from Ann Arbor, but that's a pretty quiet airport. A few freight airlines run in and out of there, and the Yankee Airforce is based there.

I would enjoy a KDTW feed, as it is my "home" airport!  :wink:
