Title: No Radio Emergency at JFK UTC 1130-1200 24 July

I was fascinated when I caught this, the tower is the first few minutes with the ground last.  The controller was inventive asking another American to contact company for him.  Sorry I don't have the actual time I was writing all I know is it was late or very early my guess around 5am et
