Title: N119RL crash KFXE 4 killed

not sure if Miami Center audio might have more audio on this tragic crash but audio from KFXE starting at 23:18 N119RL was given clearance to land and in the subsequent minute is cleared for any runway and acknowledges he's going for 13.  Ultimately calls maydays and unfortunately for the four on board crashes with no survivors. RIP

Do you have the liveatc link for Miami Center? would like to check if they have more audio? and was the time 23:18Z?

time from KFXE Tower audio would be 20:23:18Z
