I was flying out of MMMX when they closed the airport due to failure of the Tampico Radar (or so the captain said).
You can find the specific piece in the stream archive of MMMX2-Apr-25-2010-0200Z at timestamp 18:40
The outage lasted an hour and was supposedly due to a power failure (and apparantly no backup ???)
