Title: Midnight emergency at JFK

Only caught this live little bit.
Date: May 02, time about 00:08 EDT (0408 GMT).
Anyone else catch it? I couldn't find it in the archives. Seems they all stopped at 0404 GMT.
There was a severe storm in the vicinity of NYC about that time.

Who declared an emergency and what was it?  All that's in the clip is the tower/ground telling the rescue truck to disregard

That's why I was asking. I had just 'tuned in' at that moment, so have no more info other than that.
