Making the best of it at JFK

JFK Tower is trying to position Lifeguard flight N325NW (Learjet 35A) for takeoff when the Learjet gets a flat tire while back-taxiing on runway 31L.  Needless to say this made a mess of the departure plan but the controlled takes it all in stride and even mixes in some humor.

Heavily edited to eliminate most of the other tower frequency on the feed as well as dead air.  It's also a little choppy because of traffic on the other frequency.
