Title: Loss of separation at KEWR 4/24/14

A United Boeing 737-800, r was on final approach to Newark's runway 29 descending through about 400 feet AGL at about 15:02L

An Expressjet Embraer ERJ-145 from Newark,NJ to Memphis,TN (USA), was rotating for takeoff from runway 04R at the same time.

Do keep in mind that I have edited out all of the silences, but I do not believe there were any extra communications than what is heard in the clip (just more pauses).
