is there a way to reord a time when i know i will be flying? Portland oregon Area?

You can go back in the archive find the date and time when you were flying in zulu time, and download it.

If the airspace in which you are flying is covered by one of the LiveATC feeds, you can do as Moto suggested and locate the archive file in LiveATC's archives based on zulu time/date.  If you are flying in an area not covered by one of the feeds, you are unfortunately on your own.

What airport will you be departing/arriving specifically?
