SKW3044 stuck mic at KMKE

Heard this last night at about 0010Z...appears a SkyWest pilot keeps transmitting through his landing checklist.

It almost sounds as if his COMM radio shuts his mike off after a while.  I know certain general aviation radios have this provision; what about the avionics in the CRJ?

Haven't listened to the clip yet, but the CRJ avionics only allows the transmitter to be keyed for 2 minutes before it will unkey itself
