KMSN C402 crash

Freight Runner 1531 runs out of fuel just short of the runway, Dec 16, 2008.

File is edited for only FR1531 and controller audio.

Wow...are they really debating calling in additional rescue resources (911)? Push the crash button, get everybody including the local FD and EMS there ASAP!!  If you don't need them, kindly thank them and send them on their way..

I think they were debating who was handling the response. MSN has fire/rescue on field and they were likely already in communication with city fire response, so there was no need for the tower controller to call 911.
