Title: KLM 807 (TPE-MNL) entered Wrong Taxiway in MNL

On June 10, 2018, KLM 807 (reg. no. PH-BVK) service TPE-MNL entered the wrong taxiway which was under construction. The KLM B77W tail was blocking the runway and thus forcing a runway closure for several hours.
