On December 27th, LYM563 was given clearance to land on runway 24R. As the Key Lime flight was touching down, the LAX tower controller cleared DAL471 for takeoff on runway 24L. The controller instructed the Key Lime ERJ-135 to turn left and hold short of runway 24L. The tower controller must have thought that the Key Lime flight was crossing the 24L hold short line when he told them to "Stop, stop, stop!". At this point it's unclear whether or not the Key Lime flight actually did cross the hold short line.
