Downloading a clip to my computer

Hey,

I'm new to the site so please don't attack me if this has already been addressed.  I'm trying to figure out how to take an archived feed and save it in MP3 format onto my hard drive.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

its very easy,first go to archive then select the feed you are after select the time and date ,then push submit it will then appear on the screen click on the link that has been prompted and it saves as MP3 to your computer in the file you want....
