Friday 12/19/25 20:50Z (3:50pm local) - Blackjack-1 on routine flight SW of DCA calls Tower with active air defense mission for target approx 24mi in area of Leesburg, at one point the target reported at 3000ft and descending.  Blackjack requested a 350 heading up to 3000ft towards Rockville and orbited that area of the SFRA, due East of Leesburg.  DC ANG fighters were scrambled out of Andrews.

Potomac Approach for KIAD West Arrival (MANNE) asked ASH6115 at ~20:51.30Z if they could see a small low target off their left wing at 9 o'clock / 5mi (the area south of Purcelville), and did confirm seeing a white target but no further details provided.

DCA and BWI stopped departures for 20-25 mins until around 21:15Z, due to the fighter activity in the departure corridors, but arrivals continued (from the South into DCA and from the East into BWI).  Blackjack also headed back to DCA around 21:15Z.

Attached combo KDCA Heli/Tower/Departure, KIAD West Arrival (MANNE), KJYO Leesburg Tower, KMRB LUCKE (UAL109), KBWI Tower; from 20:50-21:21Z edited for time and content, not realtime etc.  Blackjack was handed off to KIAD North Departure 125.05 which wasn't audible and SFRA West feed is currently down.

Note - Around the same time a glider was making an emergency landing into Martinsburg but this does appear to be coincidental as it doesn't line up with the timing and location provided by Blackjack and MANNE.
