"they give boners not bonuses" KBOS

I was listening to the Boston tower tonight around 8:35 PM and apparently an aircraft had used up almost the whole runway, and Tower asked "Do they give you bonuses for not using brakes?"  :lol: the pilot responds "No, they give boners not bonuses." I wish I caught that on a recording but unfortunately I'm not set up for it so I didn't. Tune in, you might just hear some more gems.

I have found the clip, and am converting it to MP3, took me a while to figure out how to use the editor.

Oh yeah. This is a real "gem". Hard to imagine anything more hilarious.

Maybe someone will find some fart noises in one of the archives and it will become the most popular post in the history of LiveATC.

It's a gem to me considering even something like this is rather unusual. If you want to go through all the archives looking for fart noises feel free.

Fourth grade-level humor isn't unusual enough, unfortunately.

I heard it when I was listening live, and then looked it up. I don't know if people from US Airways/ America West looks for things like that.

Ah just tune in 121.5 and listen for a while.  There's always something going on there... especially Saturday night.  I've heard some pretty funny things on that frequency from time to time.

After hearing the controller's remark, the pilot sounded slightly annoyed firing back with an emphatic "b__er".
