Plane crashes at Centennial Airport
Feb 25, 4:30 p.m. - 2330z

"The plane, an Aviat Husky A-1C, is apparently owned by Red Cloud Aviation and the company used it as their dealer/demonstrator aircraft."

"The plane was 8 to 10 feet off the ground when the wind caught it, said Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson.
The airport had a gust of 40 mph winds with sustained winds at 25-30 mph."

Interesting stuff, thanks for posting.  I was listening later while it was still closed and hearing a couple incoming hawkers asking about why it was closed.

Sounds like a freak incident, good thing no one was injured.
