Title: JTX1994 BAE146-300 VH-NJI No. 2 Engine Blowout YPPH

'JTX1994' operated by BAE146-300 VH-NJI suffered No. 2 Engine Blowout on departure from YPPH at 0345z. Transmission throughout call. Declaring PAN PAN PAN, landing and departing runway 21.

I don't hear the PAN call in the audio?

The original file was 27:44 mins long. The one above is only 11:21 mins and starts about 15 seconds after the PAN is issued
The above audio file is also larger than the original.. strange  :|

Timing on original file (posted below) was
14:29 Clearance
16:05 PAN
19:07 Emergency vehicle request
23:31 JTX1994 confirm Engine 2 shutdown prior landing
25:28 QFA485 missed approach
26:44 Ground confirms runway clear of any debris

The archive file was originally stored at 16kbps data rate.  The posted clip at the top of the thread was stored at 55 kbps. 

It may be that whoever edited the clip loaded the original 16 kbps archive file, then edited it, shortening it (in time), but when it was stored, it was saved at the higher data rate of 55kbps, making it 3-4 times larger than it would have been if saved at the original 16 kbps rate. 

So that's how it can be shorter in time, but still come out as a larger file.
