KVNY/LAPD Helo shooting. "Emergency landing...we just took a round"

Happened early morning Easter Sunday. I heard they may have actually took 2 rounds, 1 in the fuel tank, and 1 in the PA loudspeaker.  The hole in the tank make a huge crack also, but luckily it was half way up the side of the tank and fuel was remaining below the hole.

Gee, he acted like he was surprised they took a round.  They were hovering above a known shooter with a rifle.  Good that he got it down though.

What?  No he didn't.  He sounds like a vary calm and focused pilot of an aircraft that literally just got shot down.  What would you like to do, sing songs about unicorns??  And he should be surprised, they hover over shooters all the time without getting shot down.
