And for a post that is actually useful...

RPA4360 is told to taxi to 31L short of Alpha. Reception of the aircraft's transmissions is poor, but it sounds like they then advise the ground controller that they have to be off by 19 (e.g. they've got a wheels-up time of 19 minutes past the hour). Ground controller says that they "might as well cancel the flight now" and won't depart within the next 13 minutes.

Ground instructs the pilot to say intentions, and I'm guessing the pilot asked to taxi back into the ramp as he's given a left onto Bravo to hold short of Golf. A different ground controller is then heard asking if RPA4360 can accept 31L @ Kilo Echo. Pilots acknowledge they probably can and will run the numbers. They're then told to expect that and to monitor tower.

Based on the metadata in the mp3 posted above, it looks like this came from the JFK Ground feed on Jan 30 2015 2030Z. As from the other thread, the same clip with reduced filesize is attached.

Excuse me... I didn't realize that the audio clip needed an explanation. I figured if you were listening to the clip you would have just as much of an idea of what is going on as I would.

That being said I have a different interpretation of it. It sounds like to me that the flight is having a crew timeout issue and needs to be airborne by 19 and the ground controller says to cancel the flight instead of trying to help. RPA4360 is out of terminal 8 so whatever he responded was not to go to the ramp because she starts taxiing him Bravo short of Golf which is passed the intersection that the next ground controller asks him to take off from.

Thank you for making the audio file smaller. I'm unfamiliar with creating these files.

Common convention on this forum is to post an explanation as to what the clip is about. That way we can all decide if we want to download and listen to it. Just common courtesy.
