Jazz Dash 8 (300) at Sault Ste Marie landed on runway occupied by vehicles

Jazz De Havilland Dash 8 (300) at Sault Ste Marie on Jan 6th 2017, landed on a
runway which was occupied by two snow clearing vehicles after using what turned out to be a faulty #2 radio to call in the landing intentions on the mandatory, Sault Ste Marie Tower frequency.
