Not easy to hear...
I understood it to be a C-something (C17 and C5 is heavy). Sounds like he correct it from "C... Heavy" to C5 Heavy.
The pilot was asked to maintain visual (i think) seperation and advised "caution wake turbulence". Also I think altitude restriction was deleted, so descend/climb at pilots discresion.
It would be easier for the pilots to understand, cause they would know what airplane was around them and the restriction that applied. Where we have to guess.

"...just maintain visual separation from that c...heavy C-5 caution wake turbulence and a...the altitude restriction deleted. [Descend] your discretion."
I'm not 100% sure it's "descend your discretion". All i can hear for sure at the end is "your discretion".
