Mexicana flight blocks a busy approach frequency for a good three minutes - you can hear the pilot run through various checklists. Fortunately the controller is still heard by the other aircraft on frequency. He raises his voice, and is obviously flustered as he tries to hail Mexicana 200. The aircraft eventually receives the frequency change, and apparently goes on to block the tower frequency.
