I've listened to hundreds of hours from LiveATC's great archive, and this edited clip is my personal favorite.
It's a 3-part exchange between a Delta 737 pilot departing JFK for LAS and one of those inimitable JFK tower controllers who sound like Clemenza from The Godfather.
The thing is, this pilot is having some fun with the controller, putting on a fake Brooklyn accent and never breaking his character (though he slips up when he says "cleared for takeoff").
It's the first time I've heard a pilot actually doing character work (as opposed to telling a joke or limerick).
Though it's debatable whether it's a good thing or not, and I put up a poll to get your viewpoint.
