In the early morning hours of January 24, an intermittent stuck mic can be heard on a number of ATC frequencies leading towards KJFK. It appears that the problem originated from DAL157 although the flight crew apparently was not aware that they were the source. There was a noticeable 400Mhz hum in the background whenever the stuck-mic issue occurred; this same 400Mhz hum could only be heard in the background when DAL157 keyed up their mic and not with any other aircraft. I found it interesting how it was handled by ATC so here is the audio from when DAL157 first contacted Boston Center...
