Title: Tower controller gets honest with survey pilot at KSNA

It seems I was not alone in conducting a fruitless search in the archives for audio from the Harrison Ford incident.  While I was so doing I came across the audio I'm posting here which appears to be a further  example of Airport ATC being (shall we say) a tad unprepared for the activities of a survey aircraft working in close proximity to the airport. The pilot's comment that he would prefer to be out of the way of routine activities prompts the Controller to respond 'Well, to be honest with you, I don't think you're ever going to out of our way in that area'. I'm wondering what sort of survey was being conducted here given the pilot explaining how they would be homing in on commercial properties under construction.  This comes at around 2min 40sec.
