Emergency diversion/landing at BWI

Citation diverted a few minutes after takeoff tonight climbing through FL230.  Not sure how to post a clip yet.  On the BWI archive 9/12 0000z-0030z the C680 N603HP first checks on with PCT at 14:50 point in the clip.  bwi has multiple freqs and only one scanner...so you can't hear the final approach, however it picks back up on the tower freq a few mins later as he checks in on the vis 33L.
