Here is FLG3285 (a CRJ) that burst a few tires on takeoff from Boston and eventually diverted to JFK after burning off fuel.
What follows is a long (15+ min!) clip which includes every single frequency of the flight from takeoff to landing (all were covered by liveatc.net!)

Thanks Derek - that was a LOT of work! I enjoyed listening, and was delighted to find it tonight after seeing a few mentions on Twitter today.

Nice work, Derek!

Nice job! Here's the FLightaware flight track for the flight.

(I love how Flightaware sometimes refuses to believe an aircraft landed at an airport other than filed.)

I was on this plane... We blew one right side tire when taxing but they never stoped and checked it. Blew second tire right before we lifted into the air. I was in seat 10d almost right over the right side gear I can't believe they thought it was a nose tire. The whole plane tilted down and right during takeoff.
