Flexjet 560 nearly causes a catastrophe at KMDW - Southwest 3810 near miss

Flexjet 560 told to hold short of 31L, crosses instead, causes near disaster with Southwest jet that just touched down on the 1000 foot markers.  Southwest managed to go around.  Video is available on Foxnews website.  Unbelievable!!!!

Ground control yells at Flexjet 560 but is stepped on.

In listening to the audio, Flexjet 560 was told to cross 31L and hold short of 31C.  They had trouble with the readback at first but eventually read it back correctly.  Yet for some reason they crossed 31C anyway... good thing the flight crew for SWA2504 was on top of their game.  Condensed tower/ground audio attached.
