Entwistle arrival at KBED
« on: February 15, 2006, 06:23:11 PM »
Murder suspect Neil Entwistle arrived at Hanscom Field (KBED) shortly before 5:30 P.M. this evening.  He was escorted here from London Gatwick and arrived at KBED after landing and clearing U.S. Customs in Bangor, ME.  He was escorted by U.S. Marshals.

This recording is the Gulfstream IV (callsign N1, aka Gulfstream 1) arriving at KBED.  The recording starts with Boston Approach's North Satellite sector (124.4) and ends with Hanscom Tower.

N1 belongs to the U.S. Government, of course:

P.S. This is the airspace I spend a lot of time flying in.

P.P.S.  Hell of a horrible way to get a ride in a G-IV.

Interestingly aircraft N1 belongs to the Federal Aviation Administration.  They must charter out to other govenment agencies.

I've seen Blakey riding in N1 several times.  I'm kinda surprised to see they use the same airframe for this.

Thanks for the clip dave.  Not often you hear "Gulfstream 1"

Sounds like one nasty case...
