Recorded in early 1998, a Cathay Pacific 747F (callsign "Cathay 2"), loses an engine cowling while landing on RWY16 at Melbourne International Airport (YMML). The debris on the runway causes the following arrival (Qantas 767 VH-OGL) to go around at the request of ATC.
