Emirates EK229 with destination Seattle went around due to strong winds and diverted back north into Vancouver. When descending, they declared emergency fuel and 30 minutes remaining. They were given priority and landed safely on 08R. A tug towed them into the gate.
Anyone can please help me and say the tug callsign "xxx 118" found at 4:20 in the clip. :? :-)

That isn't a tug callsign. They are saying "Philippines 118"...this flight: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/PAL118

OH sh! You're right Isaac!
I thought they were a tug as they are saying the truck is broken and something and thought the Emirates needed that tug.
Everything solved then, thanks a lot Isaac! :-) :-)
