NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A plane made an emergency landing at Grand Strand Airport Saturday afternoon aftera possible fire onboard.

The pilot safely landed the plane and crews quickly extinguished an engine compartment fire shortly after 2 p.m.
