It's a D-BRITE control panel associated with ARTS tower equipment.  You'd never see one at BUF since they have STARS.  Ask some of the old guys, they'll tell you about it.

There must be something with CRJs and the cold weather....there was 3 emergencies dealing with CRJs yesterday at Boston-Logan, all within 2 hours of each other. 2 CRJ-1s with flap failures and 1 CRJ-2 with outboard brake failure.  This has happened in the past when it was very cold in Boston (0-10 F) that there were multiple flap failures with CRJs in the same day.  Maybe just a fluke, has anyone heard of this occuring?
