I don't have an airport diagram for Singapore, so I don't know if the taxi route F1 - F60 - C6 makes sense. I'm guessing F60 is a gate, so that doesn't add up, but I don't know.
Edit: I just had a look at the
airport diagram, and it appears sandshooz is correct, they're saying 'South Cross 1'. "via F60 taxi C6" still makes no sense to me, I guess they meant to say "via C6 taxi F60", F60 being the gate and C6 the taxiway along the F gates.
And for the ATIS, as mentioned, just added the 'in use'.
Time 1220 expect independently parallel ILS approach runway 25R or runway 25L, runway in use 25R and 25L, headwind on final more than 25 knots, temperature inversion 3800 feet 9 degrees centigrade.
