an hour wait for a tug ?  wow !

A Delta Airlines Boeing 737-900, registration N953DZ performing flight DL-1464 from Atlanta,GA to Pensacola,FL (USA), landed on Pensacola's runway 17, however, only part of the spoilers came up. The crew slowed the aircraft, vacated the runway at the last exit and stopped clear of the runway advising ATC, they had hydraulic issues and needed to be towed.

A passenger videotaped the landing roll and reported, the crew announced they had no braking and no steering. They needed to wait for about one hour on board of the aircraft until the aircraft was towed to the apron.
