DAL57 Aborts Takeoff from EHAM due to Hot Brakes

On December 3, DAL57 was given takeoff clearance from runway 36L at EHAM and had just started their takeoff roll when the flight crew aborted the takeoff because of a "hot brake" indication.  They exited the runway and stopped on a taxiway for about 40 minutes then departed without further incident from the same runway.
