Title: DAL2148 LA to Tampa - Unruly Passenger
Post by: VampyreGTX on April 23, 2010, 01:12:43 PM
Delta A320, DAL2148, made a emergency landing at Albuquerque due to a drunk trying to open the door.  I've attached the ABQ tower recording below.  Made a simulated GPS approach to a visual landing since they aren't authroized for a full GPS approach I guess.  Pretty decent recording as well.  I deleted most of the silence and non-essential traffic to shrink it down from about 20 minute recording to a few minutes only.  This is my first edit and audio post.

We don't have ABQ Center on LiveATC so I can't get the recording with the actual emergency declaration.

Forgot to add, this happened this morning 4/23/10, around 0700 ZULU
