Title: Crash into a field near KMSY on December 10
Post by: RonR on December 18, 2013, 11:06:03 AM
At around 10:00AM local time on December 10th, an Aero Commander crashed (or landed??) into a field near KMSY.  According to radio transmissions, the flight was having engine trouble...

The audio is attached.  Sorry, only the controller side can be heard.  The aircraft itself was either too low to be heard or he was on another frequency that the approach controller was simulcasting on...

ASN Wikibase Occurrence # 162690 (http://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/wiki.php?id=162690) seems to refer to this.
