Continental Connection Dash 8 Engine Failure Audio?
« on: January 22, 2009, 04:33:05 PM »
I work as a Ramp Agent at HPN. This morning when I came into work, there was a Continental Dash 8 parked at the ramp. It of course, was not supposed to be there. I have been told that it suffered an engine failure during takeoff from EWR bound for Albany and made an emergency landing at HPN.

I am not good with the searching for/ editing of audio files. So if anyone feels like searching for it, that would be sweet. Not sure when the flight took off. Sorry.

Thanks

I believe the flight was CJC3497 that departed EWR at 10:15pm on the 21st.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing.  This would put the audio in the HPN 2008-01-22 0300z archive file.  Download that and take a listen to see what's there.

I am listening to the EWR feed now to hear the departure. Will check the others later.
