GIANT 2884 diverts to KJFK after engine shut down at FL350

GTI2884 departed Dover AFB this morning just before 6:00AM enroute to Frankfurt Germany and was cruising at FL350 when the crew had to shut down the #3 engine.  The flight diverted to KJFK and landed without incident.  The attached audio is condensed and picks up the flight climbing to FL350.
