Southwest cleared for 23R, this little experimental cleared on 23L. she went right through the final almost plowed into southwest. They were same altitude, not certain of the distance but it was CLOSE. Second half of the clip is the same woman but departing this time few hours later.

Yeah, I was thinking exactly the same thing, that sounds eerily similar to the British woman in San Diego....apparently they fly quite similarly too!

Oddly enough, I was the traffic cleared to land on 23L just ahead of her. I guess I switched over to ground just before all that happened, and missed the whole thing.
She was flying a Chipmunk - a taildragger British military trainer. Pretty cool plane. She was headed for Sun 'n Fun and when I talked with her, she seemed pretty together. Hmmm...
