Title: Civilian Cessna Emergency Landing Desiderio Army Airfield (RKSG)

Civilian Cessna 206 (HL1004) made an emergency landing at RKSG due to "fuel shortage" (emergency fuel). Audio clip is condensed, RKSO controller initially then hand off to Desiderio (A511 - RKSG) tower.

The first audio I pulled from RKSO was 19 March 2019 from the RKSO 0530Z file. The RKSG audio was pulled from the 19 March 2019 RKSG 0530Z file. I'm not sure where the Hotel Lima flights originate from, possibly Gimpo (RKSS).
